HEATCON^® Composite Systems' facilities and resources provide students with knowledge and skills necessary to perform composite repairs. Courses suited to the varying needs of our customers emphasize practical, hands on, realistic projects. On-site training is also available at your facility.

In addition to the HCS9000B and HCS9200B "Hot Bonders", HEATCON^® Composite Systems designs and manufactures other hot bonders and equipment for heat application and control. Thermocouple welders, vacuum generators, and temperature recorders are among other available items.

We offer a complete line of accessories, including high quality silicone rubber heat blankets, thermocouple wire, plugs, vacuum accessories and composite repair tool kits. We also custom manufacture specially shaped and contoured heat blankets with variable heating zones.

Our airline approved system provides composite repair Materials in large or small quantities. All Materials are within specification and arrive overnight express packed in dry ice with appropriate documents and certifications. We supply prepregs, film adhesives, resins, and fabrics in the quantities you specify. Bagging film, breather, peel ply, release film, and other consumables are also offered.
